How does Orbit OS handle incoming calls?
We can set it up two ways:
Customers ring you first, AI only answers if you miss the call, or
24/7 AI (after-hours / overflow / all calls)
Either way, every caller gets a fast response and the details are captured in your pipeline.
Does it work after-hours and on weekends?
Yes. You choose the hours. After-hours calls will be answered by the AI, with an automatic SMS follow-up to the customer and to you.
What happens if the AI can’t answer a question?
Orbit OS will refer to the detailed knowledge bank setup for your business.
For complicated enquiries it will instead:
- capture the caller’s details + job type,
- ask the minimum qualifying questions,
- then either hot transfer to you or book a callback (depending on your setup).
How does it know what to say for my business?
We install it with an HVAC script and customise it to your:
